So for those who don’t know, I was out for most of last week at Thrive Academy’s annual JV Summit.
One big highlight was having a little one-on-one time with the beautiful Claire Zammit.
(If you don’t know Claire, she is the co-creatrix of one of the most influential women’s programs of the past 5 years, Feminine Power, with over 13,000 women enrolled in countless countries worldwide.)
We were talking about competition and comparison in the online space. You know – “her program is like my program,” “she’s offering it and now I can’t do it” “so-and-so is promoting her and I can’t ask for support” and all that other junk that trips women up.
Here’s what you have to realize…
A Desire is felt because the supply is either ready to appear, or HAS appeared. Similar ideas bubble up because the collective is *asking* for them.
And when we’re talking about shifting consciousness on a BIG scale, it’s going to take more than one person speaking, offering or delivering the idea for it to REALLY come through and affect change.
People need to hear things multiple times. The more of us that bring it forward, the more it sinks in. The more we give others permission. The more the “new way” becomes the *new normal.* And isn’t that what the transformation game is all about?
You can’t hold back because you never know who is on the other end of the phone, the email, the webinar (and on WHO’s phone, email, webinar)… ready to receive your transmission.
Kicking competition and “not enough” stuff isn’t just about us personally. It’s about putting service FIRST. It’s also about leadership, and change.
What are you holding back on because you think it’s already been done?
Enough already. The work is barely done.
Indeed, we’re just getting started.
