Lead by Elizabeth Purvis (elizabethpurvis.com), 7-Figure Goddess, LLC is an online personal growth company dedicated to empowering women in the areas of metaphysics, manifesting, money, business, and personal transformation. Our core brand, Feminine Magic®, delivers quality metaphysical education, supporting our clients to achieve personal and financial success.
OVERVIEW
You are excited to be a part of a fast-growing doTERRA team lead by high-wealth-consciousness, 7-figure businesswomen who also happen to be moms, coaches, and energy healers.
You provide a top-notch experience to our team members and make them happy by showing initiative from enrollment to recurring interactions. You are in charge of taking care of people and helping clients get the right products to fulfill their wants and needs. This is a true client care position with a sales mindset.
As our doTERRA Happiness Advocate, you know your way around technology and social media, and can handle VA-style tasks such as data entry, drafting emails and newsletters, and creating community within Facebook groups.
You are an ambitious self-starter who takes full ownership of the role and 100% responsibility for your results.

REQUIREMENTS
To be seriously considered for this role, please look at what we need:
100% personal responsibility for results; commitment to complete ownership
Not currently on a doTERRA team – But ARE – currently enrolled by Elizabeth or be excited to be a builder as a part of her downline
Ability to work virtually; and are based in the Portland, Oregon area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can draft short copy blurbs and emails
Social media skills, especially Facebook
Ability to use project management software and communications tools (Slack, Teamwork, etc)
Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Client care experience (1+ year)
– Required Personality Traits –
Interpersonally savvy – able to build rapport & relationships via email
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Customer Service focus – loves clients & customers; willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to maintain boundaries – knows when to flex and hold firm; can be an advocate for client and company
Organized and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes
Self motivated and able to work well independently
Follows through; takes pride in work and doesn’t drop details
Committed to personal and business development

Understanding of automated email marketing
Copywriting experience
Previous network marketing experience a plus
Post-secondary degree a big plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Core Deliverables –
Client care
Enrollment tasks (“sealing the deal” with leads who inquire, placing orders in the back office system, and new customer onboarding)
Team communications and relationship building, over the phone and online
Administrative tasks as determined by Elizabeth or Happiness Advocate manager
– Specific Responsibilities –
Placing enrollment orders for new Wellness Advocates
Onboarding tasks for new Wellness Advocates (adding to the FB group, mailing lists, etc.)
“First Line” client care for Wellness Advocates (directing them to appropriate resources and answering questions)
Curating, creating and posting content in the Facebook groups
Drafting bi-monthly newsletter and other keep-in-touch material (through Synduit)
Other administrative tasks as they come up
CHARACTERISTICS
This is a team position, so you are self-sufficient and self- motivated yet work well with other team members. It’s important to be flexible about what you do, willing to work in a face-paced environment, and always eager to learn new skills.
This is a part-time (10-15 hours per month to start), hourly position.
We are based in the Portland, Oregon area and work virtually. You live in the area, too – so we can connect in-person as needed.
